Responsibilities
- Provide effortless customer support across voice and digital channels (Live Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media)
- Resolve issues on first contact and escalate where necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on DStv products, services, and digital self-service platforms
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and retain customers
- Participate in proactive retention and recovery campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage interactions through CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
- Engage in continuous learning and development to improve product knowledge and service delivery
Requirements
- Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a contact centre role that blends customer care and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Digital literacy across omnichannel platforms
- Sales and service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a high-pressure environment
