Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell products or services
- Understand customer needs and position offerings effectively to close sales
- Build rapport with prospects, overcome objections, and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and policies
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer interactions at all times
- Participate in coaching and training to improve performance and technique
Requirements
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent (essential)
- 1–2 years’ outbound sales experience in a contact centre (essential)
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Resilient, confident, and customer-oriented
